Vitamin C crystals can be easily mixed with food and drink. This is useful for those who have difficulty swallowing tablets or capsules.

Vitamin C is necessary for maintaining all collagen structures, thereby promoting wound repair, strong bones and teeth and healthy gums. As a powerful antioxidant, it protects the aqueous areas of the body (including blood, intracellular fluid and interstitial fluid) from free radicals. It also protects LDL cholesterol from oxidation and helps to regenerate vitamin E.
